It was actually a really good week. My calories/points were down for the week. I ate an average of 30 points plus a day which meant I still had about 20 weekly points left at the end of the week. Also, I finally got back to exercising using the exercise bike 3 days during the week. That wasn’t perfect — but it was much better than I had done in a month. Basically I was very happy with how the week went.
And, this is a good example of the scale not always immediately reflecting what you have done. I weighed in up .4 pounds to get to 162.2 pounds. Normally, that annoys me but I have to say it really didn’t bother me. I absolutely know I had a good week. Just sometimes the weight loss doesn’t show up immediately. In fact, had I weighed in today (Sunday) I would have shown a loss as my weight on the scale at home this morning was .9 of a pound less than it was yesterday morning.
This has happened so often that I think it has finally gotten to a point where it doesn’t bother me any more.
Anyway — just need to keep on eating the same way and plan to do more exercise this week.
