So, I had 3 great days of eating and activity. Yesterday, I woke up a little tired (which I’ve been a lot of time) and had errands out of the house. I got home in the afternoon and started doing a long post about my lab results from my routine blood work. I was already planning for yesterday to be a day off exercise.
I was about half way through my post, when I was just really tired. I stopped and went and watched some shows from the DVR (which was 100% full since I don’t watch much TV) and read. After awhile, I actually decided to go to sleep at 9:30. To put this in perspective, I consider going to bed any time before 2:00 AM as going to bed early! I didn’t get up until 10:15 this morning. I did wake up a few times but easily went back to sleep.
As soon as I got up, I realized that the reason I was so tired is that I am a bit under the weather. My throat is hurting and I have some sniffles and just sort of ache all over. Nothing really bad, but bad enough that I just don’t feel like doing anything. I think this will be another no exercise day and I’ll probably end up just reading most of the day. I don’t even feel like working on the post about my lab results. I will give a very short preview of it. To my total surprise, I am very deficient in Vitamin D. Surprise to me since it was normal 3 1/2 years ago when last tested.
