Me – Christmas Day, 2013

Me growing up, worried about being overweight starting in late elementary school:

At about age 11, I still looked normal weight.

And, here, you can see the tummy hanging over. But, it didn't hang over as much I remember it hanging over.

Yes, I’ve had both Siamese and Balinese (long-haired Siamese). Right now, I have a Balinese (among others …I love cats)

Hi love that you have put your pictures on here, I was thin as a child but have went up to 200 pounds twice in my life once when I was 30 and then 46, I am 47 now and only managed to lose 15 pounds in the last 6 months, the only way I could keep the weight off is through strict diet and exercise.

I loved looking at your pictures. I think it’s so interesting how you felt fat when you were really thin. I have the same issue. I feel like I just keep growing into what I think I am, if that makes sense. I am doing Weight Watchers now and I k ow it is going to have to be a lifetime commitment. Congrats on reaching goal.

Thanks for the inspiration. I’ve been doing WW most of my adult life. The weight that I used to go into WW for is now my goal weight. I used to just think about losing weight and it would come off—now at age 51 it is a struggle. I really like the changes with SmartPoints. I think it is the kick in the pants I need to eat healthy!

I just joined weightwatchers 4 days ago, and your blog is the most concise overview I have found! I was particularly interested in the inability to rollover daily points. Good clarification. I wasn’t in the old program so that’s not of interest to me. It is funny because you mention bananas, and that is the first thing I focused on! I had a question for you that perhaps could be, or maybe was, part of one of your blogs – how many WW meetings can you do a week? There is one near my office and one near my home. I have the super duper three month membership. Thank you! – Joshua
